20+ Years. Three Perspectives. One Standard.
StarLi Marine is led by a Machinery & Electrical Superintendent who has spent more than two decades in Chinese shipbuilding — a graduate of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering (Jiangsu University of Science and Technology) whose career covers all three sides of the table:
- Shipyard: production and technical management across commercial shipbuilding programs
- Classification society: survey work — knowing exactly what rules require and surveyors check
- Offshore projects: FPSO construction, including topsides machinery and systems
- Owner's side: currently supervising self-unloading bulk carrier newbuildings for an international owner
That combination — builder, surveyor, and owner's man in one person — is what we put behind every quotation, every inspection report and every delivery.
